Ends is the seventh episode of Series One of Spaced.
Overview[]
Sarah calls Tim after breaking up with Duane, wanting to get back together with him. This causes some friction with Daisy, who does not want him to move out.
Synopsis[]
Tim gets a phone call from his ex-girlfriend, Sarah, asking to meet Tim for a drink. Tim is convinced that she has broken up with Duane Benzie, and will want to get back together with him, but Daisy thinks this is a bad idea and Mike's afraid he'll get hurt again. After an argument with Daisy about how she is using him to avoid doing any work, Daisy is inspired to create several magazine articles; searching for more paper to write on, Daisy is shocked to find several drawings Tim made of himself murdering Sarah in various ways, before finding one he did of himself and Daisy, hugging and smiling, with the word 'Friendship' across the top.
Brian finally asks Twist out on a date to see an exhibition of blank paintings by Tunde Arogundade, which seems to go very well.
Since being thrown out after his attempted invasion of EuroDisney, Mike has a meeting with his superiors at the Territorial Army who, after a lengthy interview, decide to let him back in.
Tim finally meets up with Sarah. When she reveals that she has broken up with Duane, and asks Tim to move back in, he realizes that his life with Daisy is better than it was when he was with Sarah and he declines her offer. Returning home, he is pleased to hear that Daisy has sold her articles.
