Overview[]

A night on the town for Tim and Daisy turns into a fight for survival as the dynamic duo come face to face with an old enemy (not to mention a few new ones).

Synopsis[]

Prologue: Tim and Daisy run trhough a dark street before being cornered by a gang of youths. After a short stand-off, Daisy tells Tim to "Let 'em have it" and they both begin to draw weapons..

Six Hours Earlier: Daisy is busy cooking stew. Sophie cancels her plans with Tim in order to work late at the office, and he has a crisis of confidance about their relationship. When Brian arrives after having a fight with Twist, Tim and Mike try to console him by demonstrating the "mental connection" that all men share by engaging in an imaginary gun battle, which Brian joins in with much to his surprise.

Daisy offers to take Tim into town for a mates night out and the two bond in the pub over tequila slammers. When Tim has a run-in with a teenager over some marijuana in the gents toilet, he returns to find Daisy being chatted up by Duane Benzie. They exit quickly, but Tim accidentally leaves his keys behind. Duane picks up the keys and, seeing a chance for revenge on Tim for shooting him in the testicles, throws them onto a passing flatbed lorry.

After being mugged for his marijuana by the teen from the gents and his crew, Tim and Daisy finish the night at another bar but realise they left the house keys at the previous pub and run to try and retrieve them before closing time. Before they get there, they have another run-in with the teen and his friends - they have discovered that the marijuana Tim gave them is actually oregano that Daisy intended to put in her stew. As the stand-off begins, Daisy tells Tim to "Let 'em have it" and they draw imaginary guns from their pockets. The teens react the same way, and an imaginary 'gun battle' ensues leaving 'no survivors' on either side. As they lay in the street, Daisy and Tim use the distraction to escape in a minicab while the teens give chase in their car.

Duane, having disposed of Tims keys, is driving home and ends up colliding with the pursuing teens. Berating them for the damage to his car, the teens attack and overpower him.

Meanwhile, Mike and Brian have left the front door open, allowing Colin the Dog to escape. After mounting a fruitless search, they return home to find Colin and Tims house keys, which have miraculously fallen from the flatbed truck right outside the flat.

Tim and Daisy arrive home but find no-one at home, and are forced the wait outside in the cold. While Tim hugs Daisy for warmth, they begin to share their feelings for each other, until Colin arrives carrying the missing keys, with Mike and Brian in tow. Entering the flat, Daisy tips her packet of oregano (actually the marijuana) into the stew, accidentally getting everyone high.
